The first step for new build is getting a clear understanding of what stage in the building process we are at with the new home. We review contracts and disclosures, ensure compliance file submission, and assist with coordinating 3rd party inspections. Our services include scheduling and confirming inspections, introductions to the builder/closing team, and providing reminders for key deadlines.

Coordinating 3rd Party Inspections
When buying a new construction home, you might think a home inspection isn't necessary since builders typically conduct their own inspections during the build process. However, city inspectors and contracted inspectors may not catch every issue. A professional home inspection can provide invaluable insights into your property's construction, helping to identify potential flaws before they turn into costly repairs down the line.

Getting To The Closing Table
As closing approaches, we will confirm the blue tape and final walk through with the builder, assist obtaining closing details from the title company, and keep all parties in the loop with all critical dates. We will request the Closing Disclosure for agent review, send out DAs to title, and confirm funding with the title company.

Post Closing
After closing, we complete the file closeout process in the Compliance Management System and send a congratulatory email to clients. This email includes a link to your review page, helping to grow your business through client feedback and testimonials!
