DURING THE OPTION PERIOD
Five Star Closings expertly manages the entire option period with precision. We review contracts and disclosures, ensure compliance file submission, and coordinate inspections while communicating effectively with clients, agents, and title companies. Our services include scheduling and sending inspection options & confirming inspections, verifying lender information, facilitating amendments, and providing reminders for key deadlines.

AFTER OPTION PERIOD
Following the option period, we take care of all essential steps to ensure transactions proceed smoothly. Our services include drafting and facilitating any necessary amendments, verifying appraisal orders, assisting with home warranty arrangements, and confirming the delivery of title commitment. We maintain weekly communication with lenders and title companies, ensure all required paperwork—such as HOA documents and surveys—are received timely, and keep both clients and agents updated throughout the process.

WEEKLY CHECK INS
As closing approaches, we ensure all details are in place. We confirm the survey and appraisal are complete, send utility information to your client, and coordinate the closing appointment, updating the agent's calendar. We request the Closing Disclosure for agent review, assist with final walkthrough arrangements, and work with the title company to finalize closing details and confirm funding. Additionally, we conduct weekly check-ins with the closing team to ensure everything is on track for the closing date.

POST CLOSING
After closing, we complete the file closeout process in the Compliance Management System and send a congratulatory email to clients. This email includes a link to your review page, helping to grow your business through client feedback and testimonials!
